SHIPPING
We aim for same day dispatch for orders before 2:00PM, and will certainly ship all orders within the next business day. Orders ship from Stamford via Royal Main 1st Class. Shipping times vary based on destination.
Packaging for single unit Kikoi Sling mailing fits within a standard sized letterbox.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer returns on any Kikoi Sling in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method.
If you are not completely satisfied with any items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of your order. To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in a resalable condition and returned new, unused.
Please send your parcel back to us from your local post office to The Kikoi Sling Company Ltd., c/o Returns, 12 Tierney Road, London, SW2 4QP. Once we receive the returned item we will refund the full amount to you within 15 working days.
Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please contact us at info@kikoisling.com if this is the case.
