Shipping and Returns Information

When will my order ship? 

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away!  For orders received before 3pm we strive to ship same day.  Otherwise, orders will ship next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays, Bank Holidays or other National Holidays.

Will I get a tracking number?

To keep shipping costs to a minimum we use Royal Mail Standard First Class, which gives us a record but we don't have a tracking number to share with you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only to the UK.

How long will delivery take? 

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the time of your order. 

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If an order has not been received within 7 working days of placing your order, please email us at info@kikoisling.com.  We will then check the status with Royal Mail and investigate the order for you.

How do I return my Kikoi Sling?

Orders and Payments

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at info@kikoisling.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. If we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  All prices are stated in GB£.

Why was my payment method declined?

Make sure your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. For your security, our system won’t allow a payment to process if the billing information associated with the card doesn’t match.

What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email info@kikoisling.com as soon as possible.

The item I want is sold out.  Will it be restocked?

It is unlikely to be restocked in the exact same colour pattern but we are likely to have a similar bag colour pattern in the future.  All our bags are made by hand and in small runs.  

Product Care

Can my Kikoi Sling go in the washing machine?

Yes, but put it on a cool wash of 20 or 30 degrees.

Can I iron my Kikoi Sling?

Be careful with ironing, avoiding ironing over the Kikoi Sling patch.  For ironing the kikoi material put iron on low heat.  But remember, don't worry if the Kikoi Sling is wrinkled when it comes out of the washing machine as the wrinkles will shake out with use.
